In the past few days, we have had a persistent problem with double posts and the creation of double threads. I have talked to Lefora about this, and they attribute it to a slow server. The problem should be revolved, or will shortly be resolved.
If you get a slow response after you hit "SUBMIT" in the future, just wait until it completes. Do not hit "SUBMIT" a second time. If you get a "404 error" or a "Page not found" screen, close that screen. Don't hit the "BACK" key. If, after all that, you still get a double post, notify one of the moderators and we'll delete one of them.
