He says under Credentials that he is a Professor Emeritus and a graduate of BAU School of Law. and in this blog entry from January he says that he has "officially received an appointment at BAU School of Law as a Faculty Professor and Faculty Advisor of Law, specializing in Administrative Law."
But, when you go to the school link he provides (www.british-american.edu), it says that it was founded in July, 2008, and in the School's FAQs Question 2 it says that due to Alabama's new laws it will be two more years before they can accept students. Yet in Question 4 it says you can enroll any time. There are no dates on any of the copyright notices or anywhere else, just the July, 2008 on the home page.
So, how do you graduate from a school that's not accepting students, and how do you get appointed to the faculty 6 months before the school is even founded?
p.s. BAU is accredited by the World Association of Universities and Colleges. They had an August-September sale on initial enrollments for accreditation, only $500.....but wait, if you order in the next 30 minutes....
No, really, look for yourself.p.p.s He's not listed on BAU's Faculty page, but it does say it's under construction.
