I would like to know why prevail is still allowed to spew his hate,lies,and anti everything rhetoric,any time he so chooses. He has broken more of your rules than all the individuals that have been banned added together. Is it because he works for the local republican party,and Waim Radio,or is he a personal friend of one or more of the moderators? I would like an explanation,and I think a lot of other people would too.

How about we skip the banning thing (more intimidation?),  post the video and do a poll of those that like it or don't like it?

Of course you will have to 'factor in the truth level' in the responses and seperate those that don't like me from those that don't like the video.

 Perhaps a required comment as to why they don't like, or do like, the video would be most appropriate?

You'll see that it is not just a black vs white thing but rather a satirical parody on this whole racial issue.

As for the "fair Obama way" would that include promising to take Federal financing for a campaign, reneging on the promise, then complaining that your opponent who DID take Federal financing is cheating?

More related to this board, would the "fair Obama way" include threatening legal action against anybody who challenges you in an effort to imtimidate them?

Would the "fair Obama way" include banding with a bunch of other thugs who agree with you in order to turn discussions over principle into character assassination of your opponents, as y'all are attempting to do with PAPPY and as some of you continue to do with JDTippett?

If that's the "fair Obama way" you can just fold it up and shove it where the sun never shines. I'm personally done with you.

Accept moderation, or move on to another forum that doesn't have it. If you want to appeal those warnings, appeal them directly to the moderators through e-mail, not on the forum itself.

By the way, for those of you who can't seem to separate the two functions, paragraphs 1, 2 and 7 relate to JDTippett the Moderator. The rest of them are JDTippett, the forum member. Not that it matters to any of you, but I just thought I'd point that out.

First, Honkeydonkey, I don't know if Prevail is a member of the local Republican Party or the McCain campaign any more than I know if Citizen1 and G-papadopolis are affiliated with the Obama campaign and/or the local Democratic Party - NOR DO I CARE.

Sorry, Citizen1, I made a proposal that you can take or leave. It's true the "thumbs down" feature has turned into a thumb war over who likes whom more than a valid system to determine whether posts are approriate of not. It usually events itself out. In your case, for example, the ones who DON'T like anything you post (i.e., the old StraightTalkers) will almost certainly give your video a thumbs down whether they like it or not, while thse who DO like you (the anti-moderation set) will probably give it a thumbs up. Those like Wyatt, who are in both categories, will just have to decided what they hate most and go from there.

By the way, I do recognize that Dave Chappelle's stuff winds up on television - cable and premium channels, though, and seldom on network television. Consider Anderson Talkzone to be network television. Go over to Hankey's place for cable stuff and pay-per-view features. (Well, if they'll let you.)

Now, do Honkeydonkey's question about Prevail.

Prevail was one of that "Original Foul 4" Hankey likes to brag about being a part of. Nick originally suspended their accounts, then offered to let them come back if they would behave. Zn declined. Hankey, RINO and Prevail returned to the fold. RINO was later removed again for menacing and threatening other forum members, along with using multiple screen names to hide posts of those he personally doesn't like.

Hankey and Prevail remain and, to my knowledge, have received no further formal warnings from the moderators. Most of what they post is nothing more than political opinion from the right - just as Citizen1, G-papadopolis and others post political opinion from the left. It is just that - political opinion - which is not against anybody's rules unless it gets into any of the -isms like racism, sexism, anti-semitism - or the -otics, such as idiotic (although being an idiot is not a disqualifying factor for participation in this blog, as those who think they know JDTippett will attest.)

If they cross that line beyond political opinion or forum rules, the moderators will deal with them. Otherwise, just don't read their stuff if you don't like it.

You can't recall anything can you.

1. Your post I inserted above shows YOU banned Bic, republikin, and Puppet Master. They are unable to post. There was no warning to them before you exercised you NEW powers.

2. You warned Hankey at the same time, along with citizen1 and me.

3. You banned them simply because the made "personal attacks on you and pappy"

4. They were not given the chance to say sorry like pappy did in his RACIST charge. You and pappy think it is ok for him to get no warning on over the line posts, but everyone else lives under your threat of being banned.

So stick that in you high and might pipe and smoke it.

First, Honkeydonkey, the phrase "pour gasoline on somebody else's fire" is a figure of speech. It has nothing to do with arson. It is slanderous only in your mind, not in reality.

Second, your lame threats of legal action do not scare me, any more than your "dad's" threats to come to Pickens and look me up do.

Third,  you are deliberately aggravating a situation involving a moderator and another member, which is essentially none of your business.

Finally - and I repeat this - RINO, you're not fooling anybody here. Whether you're typing in your hatred by yourself or having a family do it for you doesn't matter. It's obvious who is behind it.

I see y'all arn't getting along any better while I was "away." "Away" is how some cons refer to the time they spent incarcerated. It's great to be free.
Although, being "away" gave me more time for the kids. I'll try to be good.
