Articles of Impeachment
for Bob Waldrep & M. Cindy Wilson
Be it Now, Resolved that the infamous Bob Waldrep & M. Cindy Wilson, members of Anderson County Council Must be and need to be indeed impeached for petty politically motivated crimes, low crimes of wanting to be mini administators, and misdeamnors, and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to Anderson County Council .
Article 1.- Falesly, systematically and with criminal intent conflating a conspiracy theory related to county government.
Article 2.- Disseminating and leaking private information on county personnel.
Article 3.- Making or causing to be false or misleading public statements for the purpose of deceiving the people of Anderson County into believing that there has been misconduct on the part of the administartor and the county staff.
Article 4.- Creating a Propaganda Campaign to manufacture falsehoods, lies, and untruths, producing an adverse effect on the morale of the entire community.
Article 5.- Spying on county employees and citizens without cause or without authority.
Article 6.- Misleading the people of Anderson County and members of council, and future council members that there is a "Fee Simple Absolute" cause for a Forensic Audit.
Article 7.- Prohibiting county employees from discahrging their duties to the best of their ability without intimidation and impairment.
Article 8. - Unilaterally, and arbitrarily dictating to county employees, in violation of S.C. Code Ann. Section 4-9-30 (7).
Wherefore Now Hither Bob Waldrep & M. Cindy wilson, by such pathetic conduct as members of county council, calls for your impeachment and trial and removal from office and "Write - In Candidates in the General Election.
