As much as Stanton and I disagree on things, you have to give the man credit where credit is due: He is able to think for himself and formulate opinions that are not lock-step with the rest of the folks on that list. The referendum on roads is a prime example of having an opinion of your own and not marching lock-step.

Most of the post`s defending Rick freemantle and his Boss Rick Driver seem to come from the Rick is Wrong crowd,so I don`t have any reason to change the way I think about any of them.I will say this though, the good people of District Six and especially Powdersville seem to be a lot smarter than the average voters and taxpayers of the rest of Anderson County.They didn`t fall for all the smoke and mirrors show put on by the local republican party and the Rick is Wrong Crowd,maybe living that close to Greenville does produce more intellengent people,who are not so easily fooled as in the other Districts.
Is that the "we don't need no stinkin' zoning, nobody goin' be tellin' us what we can do with our proppity" district, or the "omgz, landfill, this suxxors!1!!! quick, we need zoning" district?
