Democratic State Senate Candidate Leonardo Ortiz has made mention of his Ortiz Bio-Fuels Plan and his Ortiz Economic Revitalization Plan.
"The Ortiz Bio-Fuels Plan, introduced to South Carolinians in 1996 and again in 2004 can create over 5,000 new manufacturing jobs and well over 20,000 new agricultural jobs, placing SC again in the forefront among manufacturing in the US and drastically reducing our dependence on foreign oil by about 90%! Moreover, the Ortiz Economic Revitalization Plan would help create over 50,000 new, good-paying jobs in SC!"
