He was so far up Rick Driver's butt he couldn't see daylight, as long as Rick let him call in and rant and rave and make outrageous statements about people.For example he was so crude in talking about Gracie Floyd that several of Rick's listeners caution him that Parham would make racial comments sooner or later. He called Joey a thief and a crook, and talked bout Greer and Thompson like they had dated his wife.
Then,one day he made statements that could be construed as threatening to members of the council. They were much more evocative of danger for elected officials than anything Tim Busha prodiced to cover Joey after Cater's Lake. So Rick contacted law enforement and informed them of his concerns.Doug flipped - literally. Rick banned him from the airwaves,and Doug went over to Joey's team and began attacking Rick at council meetings, during public comment. Somehow, this was allowed to pass as being public buiness by a chairman who gets his ass kicked by Rick pretty often.
Soon Doug is coming to Rick's personal appearances, such as his lunches and breakfasts with his listeners. Doug is asked at least once to leave the restaurants involved because he isn't eating.And before you accuse me of makingthisup, Rino, he hit a car in the parking lot at Ryan's while leaving so there is an incident treport on file. Go look it up - unless you were there. Then you don't need to.
So is his past or present more indicative of his character, or lack of it? His future isindicative of nothing, so it's not in the equation.

This post is for friedgreenmater,and prevail,I have a message for you from Mr. Parham,You made a couple of untrue statements in your posts,He has never threatened anyone yet, and he Has never been charged with hitting anyone`s car.A certain cowardly small group of people would like to see him go away But it won`t happen,I know him well enough to state this,you push and he will push back harder,you get dirty, and he will get dirtier,you call names and he will call worse.I also know that he has on numerous occasions offered to meet with some or all of your little group to talk over your differences, but none of you have taken him up on his offer.This in its self tells me a lot about the charactor,and type of real men you are. ALL MOUTH AND NO DONKEY,IF you are smart enough to get my meaning.If you do decide to decide to want to come face to face with this 62 year old disabled fat man let him know when and where,he will be there any time any where,and even let you start the party.But if you are going to keep acting like the Hog Farmer you worship, you better get your facts straight,or you just might find yourself in court along with Wilson and Waldrep having to prove what you say and post.
