Buckner!
What a self righteous little shit you are, Andrew. what have you ever risked for this country, or even for your self-indulgent,impotent philosophy of politics? You epitomize the concept of someone not being worth the bullet it would take to finish them. You should pray every night that this country continues t0 produce young men and women with 6th grade, 12th grade or college educations who think it's worth their lives to allow you to live yours in safety and arrogance. You little p****. You'd shit yourself on a quail hunt.
Andrew, this entire strand is due to your unkind, incorrect, and unfair remarks. You owe JD and everyone here an apology. District 7 is not populated with redneck morons. Just because your candidate does not win, or because others disagree with your viewpoints, you have no reason to spew such venom. It only removes any effectiveness you might want to have in the future.
. . . and by your logic plumbbob, being old makes you inherently better? See, in school, we have these things called HISTORY CLASSES which teach us events that happened in our past.
Oh yeah . . . those classes cover events farther back than 1945 too.
As for the twit comment, I will say this: ACT YOUR AGE, OLD MAN!
. . . don't forget to ask for your senior discount while you're at it too.
STUPID.

Sorry that you couldn't handle me pointing out that conservatives honor the troops only when it suits their purposes.
When an ex-troop comes out with something they don't like, it doesn't matter that they were in the military. When a conservative nut job troop says something stupid, we're all supposed to get over it and respect them?
Give me a break... Their service to this country was honorable and we all appreciate it. That doesn't mean they should get or be denied a pass when it comes to their politics.
Somebody with a 6th grade education doesn't have any business talking about a budget the size of Anderson County's. They can't even count that high :P
Go SSHM! I'm liking you more and more...
JD, does that mean you disavow the tactics of the Cindy Wilson/Charles Crowe crowd?
Jesus Christ...
Did I say it was populated with redneck morons?
If you're going to crucify me at least get the quote right. Apparently you're proving your own statement. You couldn't even read my post.

Sorry to disagree with part or your post here but any one who is a legal resident of Anderson county has the right to talk about the budget. Education has nothing to do with it I do not care if they are as dumb as a board or another Einstein. It is there tax money so it is there business and there right like it or not those are the brakes. There is not an IQ test for the right to vote.
'Cause he's a typical liberal, he can't handle having his feathers ruffled.....
Maybe not. but I can tell you one thing. I know who we beat. Bill McAbee! 61% of us voted against bill mcabee. That must really hurt. Admit it, it hurts.
JD, here goes:
Nancy Pelosi - I'm unaware of any negative tactics she's used. You just don't like her liberal ideas. The most recent thing she's done that I disagreed with was when she tried to slip in that tuna earmark.
John Murtha - What is there to disavow? I disavow that he was an Eagle Scout and served his country honorably in the Marine Corp just like you son, JD. Is that what you want to hear? He's anti-war now, thats not a tactic, it's his position and you conservatives would find yourselves a lot more popular going into the election if you'd adopt it.
Jesse Jackson - Yeah, he's pretty much nuts but I'm sure he did something good, once. Okay, I'll actually disavow him.
Al Sharpton - He just needs to shut his mouth.
James Carville - JD, I've repeatedly disavowed Carville's tactics and words during this presidential campaign so I don't see a need to do it again. Remember I'm not exactly a Hillary fan?
Dick Durbin? What is there to disavow? He's boring.....
Ted Kennedy - JD, I apologize that Ted Kennedy drove drunk and killed a girl before I was born. Even though my parents weren't even married yet, I apologize for my obvious complicity in this incident.
Let's see. Barack Obama - I don't disavow anything here. As far as I can tell he's going to be our next President and I don't agree with every position but on the whole he's better than a 3rd Bush term. (Remember I worked on an opposing presidential candidate's campaign)
Daily Kos - I disavow all the offensive posts you find on Daily kos. But it's just silly how you conservatives can't figure out that dkos is just like the cocklebur. It's got a wide range of opinions and a wide range of behaviors. Some of the content is great, some of the content is horrible. Just like the rest of the internet.
Moving on,
Arianna Huffington - who? That sounds vaguely like a blog that I don't read so I don't know enough about it to disavow or not.
Joey Preston - Let's see.. I think Mr. Preston is a master when it comes to the budgeting process. He knows just how to slide this money here and that money there and make everything perfect. He's been great for Anderson. However, he does have personal flaws like all of us.
I believe you've admitted to worse indiscretions back in the 70's, JD. You just weren't County Administrator so nobody cared when you did that stuff!
obviously the ACRP were pretty effective over the last few years. Not to mention most of the "leaders" were against Bill McAbee. The former chairman even endorsed and called my house endorsing his opponent. I think that must have hurt.
Talk about stupid. Voting just because it's not Bill. Talk about an informed and educated electorate voting on issues. Oh I'm sorry, I confused you with someone who understood politics.
You're living proof - proof illustrating the reason our Founding Fathers devised the Electoral College; to protect this nation from STUPID PEOPLE.
What will hurt the most is realizing who you have elected.

Ed, what is with the threat? It's unlike you to carry water for those thugs. JD does occasionally but you're normally your own man.
