zn706, you are so correct with your statement about MCW! In my opinion, this is a very sad day for Anderson County. Or is it? Maybe this is going to be two years of a rocky nature, but maybe we will now be able to REALLY give MCW enough rope to hang herself without help. I truly am void of all feeling at this moment, but "it is what it is" and I will continue to pray for the goodness (and smartness) of Anderson County residents! May all sleep as well as possible AND awake tomorrow refreshed to continue to fight for the good of Anderson. (I might need a Tylenol PM, personally!)

This is the greatest day ever for Anderson County. I can't express how happy I am to see change. So many people were tired of all this, and it showed today. Now I hope the most disrespectful one is ousted in November. Too funny!

There were some good people won the election, but MCW is not one of them. That woman has so much animosity toward Preston that she still will not do anything for her district. The new council will learn her evil ways and will stand against her no matter what. I listened while working the polls today that the new elects would not bow to her either if they won. So, is it really a victory for her or not?

I am very disappointed about how yesterday's elections went but I will not "do" anything IF Cindy is elected Chairperson in January! I would not like it for Anderson County but there is nothing to "do" but let nature take it's course. I also, do not believe that there will be any "swan diving from the top of the clock tower" by anyone. The voters have spoken and they have elected who they have, what they have also done is show that they trust people who have no peripheral vision, tell stories, intentionally hurt others for their own causes, and have no respect for the laws of this state nor our Nation. So, you keep up the name calling and the hurtful ways that you know so well and I'll keep my head up and keep on trying to help make Anderson County the great place it can be.
