Hooper and the rumors about accident

One of the sad realities of our current situation is that you do have a better chance of coming out in better shape after an accident if you are in a larger vehicle.

Gas prices as they are, most of us are considering getting smaller, more fuel-efficient vehicles. But in the event of a crash, those little cars tend to result in bigger injuries.

I have a little Accura that I use for a lot of my driving but feel much safer in the hubby's F-250 or our Suburban.

Ah, traffic accidents. They happen. My dad was nearly killed in 2001 and I was nearly killed in April of 2003. My knee still isn't right. My dad still lives with pain and works through it, despite the fact his doc told him his x-rays looked Evel Kneviel's.

The two of us talk about our accidents from time to time. We hold no hard feelings against the other parties. In my case, some guy coming from a day of fishing lost control of his truck and trailer with his boat and ran me into a bridge. He fled the scene.

I hit that bridge hard, totaling a Ford F-150. I should say crumpling it. It was that guy or the bridge. I chose the bridge. I am grateful I did, because hitting the bridge proably saved my life and his.

It is fair to say my life has not been as it was in some ways. I am more forgiving of others than I used to be. I have never held any anger towards that guy. I never will. I am just glad he and his did not get hurt or killed.

Further, if that fella ran for office, I would be pretty pissed off if his opponent used my injuries to attack him. While I did not live in a a coma, and I don't know the family you are using to promote your political agenda, I think its cheap.

You know that Preston and McAbee and their gang don't care for me. I can live with that, one of those things that a brush with death gives you. But, exploiting a tragic accident for political gain is cheap and without honor.

whats disgusting to me is that you cindi clowns were appalled and outraged over the "political" nature of brandon Graces lawsuit..and the "timing"..

funny how outrage can turn to support when a failed politician sees her political life start slipping away.. I guess her numbers really ARE starting to slip..arent they.... right now she is 3 points BEHIND....

where is your stupid tag line about this one bubba?..

cindi's actions are disgusting, tawdry and cheap and politically motivated

PN,

Speaking of political timing and political footballs . . .

Don't we all find it interesting that this accident is being used by Cindy supporters to pull at heart-strings and avoid the issues?

. . . and now Stanton is going to read an e-mail from one of the victims of that accident . . . on the radio. How l--o--w can you possibly go?

a-flippin-mazing . . .

typical cindi clone..

i didnt attack you personally..just your stupid tag lines..

but you avoid the total question (werent you one of th eones crying loudest about the political nature of Brandons lawsuit?) and instead turn it into a personal name calling on the person levelling the charge..

is it true..or isnt it...

that this was politically motivated..

and is cindi or is she not currently 3 points behind?

Is that what the latest internal polling data is? I got a call at my house the other day asking if I was going to vote for M. Cindy Wilson or Doug "Hopper." If he's going to pay for those polls, he should make sure they're getting his name right.

Actually, I am glad this was posted. And that the call was made. This rumor HAS been circulating in district 7 for the past week. My own daughter even heard it. As JD says, "Unfortunately, sometimes you have to wade into the crap to have any chance of cleaning it up." That is what is happening here.

Doug Hooper addressed it on the radio this morning. He was forthright and very definite about the matter.

The rumors can now be laid to rest. The CAVEs can stop their wishing. Yes, it was a tragedy. Yes, it did cause a woman injury. It was investigated by the police and an official report is on record, I would assume. He said insurance settlement was made. Unless there is more to this, this should settle things.

Queen, would you consider SCHP drawings showing Hooper hitting the victim in theintersection to be more? Would you consider evidence that Hooper transferred his real estate holdings to his in laws for five dollars, love and affection, just six weeks after the incident to be more? There's a clean conscience at work. The victim was still in a coma at that time. To this day she has never told her version of the crash, because she still doesn't speak well enough.Only her family can consistently understand her speech.
The vehicle he was driving absolutely blasted the victim's vehicle off the road and into a copse of woods and down an embankment. After that, Hooper's vehicle traveled another sixty yards. Fifty five miles an hour? Yeah, right! There's plenty more.

Plenty more, eh?

I'm sick of this being turned into political football. But by God, you are going to tell the whole truth and not pieces and parts that are beneficial to you.

Stanton, if you *claim* to have this level of detail about the accident scene, then clearly you are either 1.) lying or 2.) have a copy of the accident report. Let's work from the assumption that you have a copy of the accident report. A few quick questions, and these should be noted on that report:

1.) Seat belts - Who was wearing them, who was not. Disclose please.
2.) Did the victim fail to yield the right-of-way at the intersection in question? Again, details to should be there in that report.
3.) Speed of the vehicles - Accident re-construction should have the speeds of the vehicles listed. Disclose please.

Finally, if this is all the M. Cindy Wilson campaign can run on, what character or manner of light does this paint Cindy in - to use a tragic accident as political fodder - an accident that has no bearing on matters of public policy.

Stupid, stupid, stupid . . .

We already know her character..

a person who will lie at the drop of a hat..and supporters that even when presented with that proof admit that it doesnt bother them to have a lier as their elected representative..

think about it...someone who deliberately, blatantly, knowingly and constatntly lies to her constituents..

and hold trusted public office..

so why would this suprise anyone that she or her clones would lie or manipulate the facts about this accident..

So, Dune/FGM, now accident investigation is part of your reptoire?

My mother, in her VW Golf, pulled out in front of a Jeep. She was T-boned by the much larger, gas guzzling vehicle and her car was totaled. My mother was relatively unharmed because she was wearing her seatbelt.

Accidents happen. People get hurt.

Using this against Doug Hooper is just low. But that is what is expected from the Wilson camp in D7, and your participation in it reeks.

This guy hasn't been hit one-tenth as much as Cindy. Bogus lawsuits, late ethics-violation complaints, and illegal mail-outs. Come on.

Give me a break. The Hooper campaign has been brutal on cindy Wilson. Which in the end will make it so much sweeter when she wins on tuesday.

IT'S TIME FOR CINDY TO GO.

She has done NOTHING for her constituents. She is lump in the oatmeal of life, a speed bump in the highway of progress, a bottomless pit for our tax dollars.

VOTE TOMORROW, NO MATTER WHICH SIDE YOU ARE ON !

The CAVE crowd will be out 100%. If we want to beat them, we have to turn out the vote.
