Somebody needs to check on Art.It looks like he missed his deadline onthe report, or else he had to get really specific editing assistance on his report on the county Council meeting.
For those Gracie fans among you,and Art certainly qualifies, she was in high dudgeon Tuesday night. I'm not sure if I've ever heard one elected official make so many stupid remarks in a two hour period in my life.
Watch the Charter broadcast tonight. It'll be funnier than midgets running track. If nothing else the look on the faces of Council when Cindy Wilson voted for the budget will be worth the price of the ticket.
Of course, old Doug Parham did a pretty good job of showing everyone how lonely the first real thought he ever has is gonna be. How was your breakfast Saturday, Doug?
Art, get your butt to work. Inquiring minds want to know.

Yes. Art is alive and well.
Funny thing was, Wyatt & Angel were at the 3:00 council meeting wondering where Art was, and lo & behold he entered with his wonderful smile and extended handshake. Was hoping to see his account of the end-game commentary from council members during yesterday's earlier meeting ( of course the 6:00 version sounded like a part II anyways...)
We asked him why he hasn't been doing much posting, and his response was he's waiting until after the elections to prevent hurt feelings...which I clearly understand. Frankly, I miss his conciseness and neutrality on relating stories and meeting synopsis. Otherwise, we have to rely on the off kilter versions from the likes of me
So will be looking for abbreviated posts from Mr. Kaldas until after the 10th

Art is always a gentleman, and scrupulously fair. I hope he returns to providing reports soon. I miss it!
Not to get all mushy-mushy, but I also have nothing but profound admiration for Mr. Kaldas. Art always is professional and pleasant when we meet or speak, his posts are clear, full of facts and not intuition and without too much slant one way or the other, and brevity is a good sign of a masterful writer.
I would only hope the rest of us could aspire to be as fair and unbiased as he ( I sure wish I could be anyways )
Admiration society member, signing out!

Well great minds absolutely run in the same channel! I was wondering about Art as well. I'll be more than happy to be a charter member of the Art Kaldas admiration society. We could all learn something from his example of civility.
