Cindy Wilson has failed at her job

Cindy Wilson and her folks have convinced me that Joey Preston, and some county council members have been out of control with spending. There can be little doubt that government has grown at a high rate under Preston as County Administrator.

Cindy Wilson notes that controlling Mr. Preston and his is the biggest job she has. If that is the case, Cindy Wilson has failed miserably at her job. She has not found a way to work with her fellow council members to control Mr. Preston. She simply complains and actually does nothing. Indeed, it seems Mr. Preston has no better friend than Ms. Wilson in keeping him away from true accountablity.

If Ms Wilson were in the private sector, and failed to do what she told her employers was her most important job, she would be fired.

Perhaps Mr. Preston should be fired. I can not fire him. It is not my place. But, I can fire Ms. Wilson. She has failed to get the job done. Through stupidity, stubborness, or on purpose, she has proven to be the best friend Mr. Preston could ever have. Her antics have allowed him to become the most powerful unelected official in the state.

We can't fire him with our vote, but we can fire Cindy. Let's do it. Maybe then we will have people who know how to work with others to get the things that need to be done done, like showing MR. Preston the door.

Deep down, I bet Mr. Preston hopes Ms. Wilson wins re-election. If she returns, he will have his boogie man for two more years and can hide behind the hyperbolic propaganda to hold power.

Someone else would mess up those plans.

No, Coke, you can't fire Ms. Wilson, because our founding fathers, in their infinite wisdom, chose to give each person one vote, rather than apportioning them based on the size of their heads.
So you don't get the 18,000 votes that the size of your head would warrant. You just get one, like all the rest of us.

Again, so personal. I will vote to fire Ms. Wilson because she failed in doing what she told us was her most important job. Joey Preston could urinate on a nun's desk and Ms. Wilson has such lack of creditiblity with her fellow council members, that it would be overlooked.

McAbee offered a Grace Commission like committee to be set up by council to look at things. Wilson should call him on it, instead of sitting around suing and whining.

She is a failure. A vote for her is a vote for Preston to stay.

BTW, I have spoken to Charles Crowe one or two times in the past few years. I wish him well but I hang on to my own coat tails and no one else.
I suggest for something that smells dishonest to me that you ask Joey Ray for copies of HIS credit card expense for the past few years. Last time I heard they were in a pile and smoke coming out of that room. Just what I heard, I wasn't there.

BTW, I have spoken to Charles Crowe one or two times in the past few years. I wish him well but I hang on to my own coat tails and no one else.

Apparently your parents didn't pound into your head that spreading rumors (like you have above) is not a sign of honesty - it's a sign of weakness. "Rumor" ....hearsay, common talk, unproved statement (s). Look it up!
