Tragedy in the low country. It appears that the courts have ruled that the Berkley County School District Superintendent's personnel evaluation is exempt from FOIA. It's a good thing Joey Preston is so committed to "transparency and open government" that he made his personnel evaluations available anyway. I tell you TOGA people, the Monkees song from the 1960's says it all about your political strategy:
It seems like kicks just keep getting harder to find,
All your kicks aint bringing you peace of mind,
Before you find out its too late,
Youd better get straight,
But, not with kicks, you just need help now.
