Has MCW tapped Crow & Gerard Dry?

According to his closing comments last council meeting, McAbee seems to think that Bob Waldrep’s proposal to open the county records, even to information that is classified or privileged, is nothing more than an attempt to make money for lawyers.

Could McAbee be wrong? Is this just Bob Waldrep’s attempt to open classified county documents an attempt at an end run around the Supreme Court ruling on Cindy Wilson’s legal battle against the county?

If Waldrep were successful at making his ordinance come to pass it could force the County Coffers to pay Cindy Wilson’s legal fees. Meaning MCW would be able to pay Charles Crow and Mel Gerard the money they allegedly advanced her for legal expenses.

If this doesn’t happen, does that mean the funding for all MCW’s law suits dries up? Are Crow and Gerard tired of funding the CAVE campaign for WAI’m out of material?

And you thought Waldrep and MCW were looking out for you!!!

Are legal fees including in the ordinance proposed? If so, you have an interesting point.

That said, if deeds and the like can be posted online, why not redact private information and post the credit card and other expenditures online? That way, no council member alone benefits from finding out this or that, but the public has access. A good Adobe program and some bandwidth can do the trick. That would shut up Cindy Wilson once and for all.

If there is no problem with what has been done, it ought to be simple. It takes less than a minute for some employee to scan in a credit card receipt and for another to scan in the statements. It is simple and easy. Even if the county had to hire three employees to scan and email such documents, it would cost less than the legal fees paid out.

It is just an idea to end the madness.

I believe the CUPS people are unreachable through honest reasoning. They represent what is really wrong and harmful to our county. All three of these brain trusts scream for getting rid of Cindy Wilson !

Cindy and her ilk have been claiming wrongdoing for nearly eight years. None has been found. She claims she was FOR the 800 Mhz radio system but she said it wouldn't work, then that the bidding was flawed, and finally that she didn't like the contract. She voted against it three times yet says she was FOR it ?

And she has NEVER voted for the budget, even though it would have helped first responders and her own constituents.

There's NO SPIN here, folks. Let's vote her out on June 10th.

However, I will say that it is important to all citizens of Anderson County to get rid of Cindy. Sure, only those who live in district seven can vote against her, but if she stays in office, all citizens of Anderson County will suffer.

So we must talk with out parents, brothers and sisters, children, workmates, neighbors, and friends to insure that they don't just pull the "I-love-all-republicans-even-if-they-are-sticking-it-to-me" lever.

Getting rid of Cindy will get the council back on track and let Anderson County continue to move ahead.

You know, that does make sense. MCW has never gotten her way, but everything that is wrong with our county is her fault.

Why focus on the minority? if something is wrong, and obviously there is or this stupid blog wouldn't exist, why not get rid of the majority?

First let me commend you for actually raising a question without referring to butts etc. So, I will attempt to lay it out for you.

I do not believe that "Anderson County is in a mess." It is only as a result of the efforts of Cindy and the CAVE folks that some people THINK the county is "in a mess."

You asked how Cindy could cause "all of the problems I say she does, since the dimwit 5 vote against everything she tries to do".

Well, the problems that she causes are not caused through voting. They are caused by her continuous asking for all sorts of financial records publicly. She asks in such a way as to imply that there is some wrong doing going on which will be uncovered by the answers to those questions. And she implies that any delay in receiving the answer somehow proves that there is wrong doing.

Clearly she has received the answers that she has demanded but, when she receives them, she just demands more, again publicly. This could go on forever. And the fact that she has not uncovered any wrong doing in eight years is making it quite clear that there is NO WRONG DOING.

Now, we have already acknowledged that there may be some misuse of cars, copiers, pens, paperclips, etc. But is that worth disrupting every council meeting and forcing the financial department to work overtime preparing the answers to questions that simply put, WILL NEVER SATISFY CINDY ?

So, you see, it's important that the good council members vote against any of her anti-Joey motions. If they did not, she would control the council. And what a mess that would be.

Unfortunately, sometimes, when she is on the right side, the other council people vote against her anyway. I think that is natural, considering her obvious inability to form alliances on council and to work with people in general.

I'll bet her 3rd grade report cards said something like, " Does not play well with others." It seems to be a thread throughout her life.

I hope you will now understand why we must get Cindy outta here and get someone to represent district 7 with a spirit of cooperation, someone who will focus on working FOR the constituents of district seven rather than AGAINST the county.

Anderson county has a problem in that you have your opinion and I have mine and neither of us is going to change, but I do think in the long run I will be able to say I told you so.JRP is going to be caught up with sooner or later. How long have you all tried to say MCW is doing things wrong or you all have tried to dig up her past to find wrong doing and nothing is there, because if there were you would be screaming like raped ape . Cindy is as honest as they come and you cannot stand it. The truth will prevail.
